20% recurring commission on eligible subscription revenue
What recurring commission means
- Commission begins after an eligible subscription payment is successfully collected.
- It recurs every time the customer pays for an eligible subscription, for 24 months from when they are attributed to you.
- It adjusts when the customer’s subscription revenue changes — after an upgrade or a downgrade.
- It stops while no eligible subscription revenue is collected, and resumes if the same customer pays again while still attributed to you.
- Rights you have already established are treated as your agreement sets out, including when a partnership ends in the ordinary way.
Eligible subscription revenue
The subscription fees TravailOS actually collects from businesses attributed to you — excluding sales taxes, refunds, chargebacks, one-time onboarding or implementation fees, hardware, and separately negotiated services. Signups, free trials and unpaid invoices do not earn commission. Refunded payments reverse their commission.

Partner programme questions
How do I become a partner?
Apply with the form on this page and verify your email. The TravailOS team then reviews your application and lets you know by email. Once approved, you can sign in to your partner portal and start referring.
Why does my application require approval?
Partners represent TravailOS to businesses, so we check that each applicant has a genuine way to reach suitable customers and will describe the product accurately. Verifying your email confirms your address; it does not approve the application.
How do I get my referral link?
As soon as your application is approved, your personal referral link and code appear on your partner dashboard. You can also create separate links for each campaign to see which works best.
Can I refer a business personally?
Yes. Register the business as a lead in your partner portal with the contact’s work email. If the business signs up with that email, it is linked to you. TravailOS can also assign a business to you after a documented personal introduction or demonstration.
How are referrals attributed?
To the company, not to an individual user. A business is yours if it signs up through your link within 90 days of following it, enters your code when it signs up, or is assigned to you by TravailOS after a documented introduction. Each company has only one commission owner. Existing customers are not new referrals, and competing claims are reviewed by TravailOS.
When do I start earning commission?
When a business you referred pays for an eligible TravailOS subscription. Free trials and unpaid invoices do not earn commission. New commission is pending for 30 days, so refunds can be accounted for, and is then approved.
How long do commissions continue?
For 24 months from when the business is attributed to you, while it keeps paying for an eligible subscription, subject to your agreement. A later change to the standard rate does not reduce the rate for businesses already referred to you.
When are commissions paid?
Monthly. Approved commission is paid once your balance reaches the minimum payout (MUR 1,000 or USD 25); smaller balances roll over. TravailOS aims to pay within 30 days after the end of each month, provided your payout details are complete.
What happens if a customer cancels?
No new commission is earned while the customer is not paying. If the same customer starts paying again while the referral is still attributed to you, commission resumes. Commission you already earned is not affected by a later cancellation, except where the related payment is refunded or charged back.
What happens if a customer upgrades or downgrades?
Your commission follows what the customer actually pays: 20% of a larger subscription after an upgrade, of a smaller one after a downgrade.
Can I refer businesses outside Mauritius?
Yes, wherever TravailOS can be used. Commission is paid in the currency the customer paid in unless agreed otherwise, and you are responsible for any taxes in your own country.
Do I earn money from recruiting other partners?
No. The programme pays only for customer businesses you refer. There is no commission for recruiting partners, and partners may not present the programme as a recruitment or multi-level scheme.
What happens to existing commissions if the partnership ends?
If the partnership ends in the ordinary way, commission rights already established for businesses referred before the end date continue under the agreement. Rights can be lost where a partnership is ended for fraud or a serious breach of the agreement.
